DOT Alcohol and Drug Testing Consortium
Nationwide DOT and Non-DOT Testing

Do you need to enroll in a Department of Transportation drug testing consortium that will get you in and keep you in compliance with the Federal Drug & Alcohol Testing Regulations?

Our online enrollment system is quick, easy and will provide you with immediate proof of enrollment and federal compliance.

Our ALL-inclusive Consortium Program Includes ALL random drug and alcohol testing fees for the year. Your annual membership fee is paid upfront with no hidden costs with regards to the random program.

We have the tools to make sure that all aspects of your DOT drug & alcohol testing program are covered including modal-specific drug & alcohol policies, modal specific online supervisor reasonable suspicion training, employee substance abuse training, and any drug and alcohol testing that you require.

Company Drug & Alcohol Policy and Employee Training Packet

We can work with you to create a Drug & Alcohol Testing Policy customized to your needs and that complies with federal and state regulations. Effective January 1, 1996 all DOT-regulated modes require covered employees be trained in the rules of their modality’s drug & alcohol testing regulations and their company drug & alcohol policy.

Your custom file contains a company policy that is tailored to your company’s requirements and the information required to explain the modal requirements to your covered employees.

Consortium FAQS

What is a Consotium?

The Department of Transportation regulations allow for Consortiums to administrate the random testing of regulated employees in order to comply with the DOT standards. A Consortium pools your regulated employees with regulated employees from other companies in order to have a large enough base to select individuals equitably throughout the year.

Should my company be part of a consortium?

Consortiums are best for smaller companies and owner/operators to meet the requirements. However, based on the number of regulated employees, AZC Drug Testing can set up a company specific testing program to meet the federal requirements or enroll you in one of our Department of Transportation drug testing consortiums.

Where do I go to test?

Health Services Alliance Plus is part of several national networks of collection facilities. We will work to find you a facility that meets your needs within as close of a proximity to your location(s) as possible.
